February already and we're entering 'the gauntlet' - Valentine's Day, your birthday and our Wedding Anniversary. I've still been thinking about what I'd get you and what I'd for all of these for you. It breaks my heart that I can't. You deserved so much more than I ever could give you. You were the love of my life and I knew it when you were here, but now you're gone, I truly understand what that means and I'm so sorry there'll be no opportunities for me to show you now. I'll love you forever

Orangetheory closed this week in Bromley (and all of London). Hard to believe that you'll never be able to talk to me about Splat Points, getting into the orange zone or your rowing. How the coaches all pushed you to do better. So many times a week you went, you were so determined to get fit, both before and after lockdown. And even during! Doing workouts with Ola in our front room via Zoom or even his back garden while still social distancing. I was so proud of you and how determined you were. You were amazing (and still are)

Sarah, so much to say given the impact you have had on so many. I am so grateful I got to work with you for over 4 years - you taught me so much as we forged not only a strong working partnership, but also a friendship. Thank you for your constant energy, wisdom, insight and support. As we regularly said "we were on the same page, and knew what the other was thinking before we even uttered a word". You have left such a legacy my dear friend and I promise I will ensure that legacy continues in all aspects of SLT as best I can.
I'm really missing you Sarah and so sorry we won't get that trip to Paris we planned when we last spoke.
